Celebrate the heart of Jasper at the annual Canada Day Parade!
Kicking off at 1:00 PM, this community tradition fills the streets with colour, music, and hometown pride. Local businesses, organizations, and performers come together to showcase what makes Jasper such a special place to live and visit.
This year’s theme, “Jasper – Canada’s Happy Place,” reflects the memories we’ve made on mountain trails, in quiet lakeside moments, and during years of gathering with friends and neighbours. It’s a tribute to the people, stories, and landscapes that shape us—and a celebration of the strength and connection we carry forward.
Bring your lawn chair, wave your flags, and enjoy the energy of a community that continues to show up, lift each other up, and shine.
Register your parade entry HERE – deadline to register is 12 pm, June 30.
Staging begins from 12:00 pm along Elm Street. All registered participants are to be at the staging area by 12:30 pm.

Road Closures
The following road closures will begin from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. Full closure will be in effect from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm.
- Elm Street – Bonhomme Street to Patricia Street
- Patricia Street – From Hazel Avenue to Pyramid Lake Road
- Pyramid Lake Road – From Patricia Street to Connaught Drive
- Connaught Drive (Southbound Lanes) – From Pyramid Lake Road to Hazel Avenue
- Hazel Avenue – From Connaught Drive to Patricia Street
Roads will be reopened as soon and as safely as possible once the procession has cleared the parade route.
